Thousands of spectators turned up to watch the low flying aircrafts do their loops, spins and rolls and put on a fantastic show. The Irish Coast Guard, who retired their 34-year-old Sikorsky S61N helicopter in July 2012, displayed their shining new Sikorsky S92. The Irish Air Corps had their Casa CN-235 Maritime Patrol Aircraft.
The show opened with the red Gnat Jet, these beauties are the aircraft that the world renowned "Red Arrows" use for their air shows. It was a breathtaking experience watching these aircraft at such close range.
